Have you got an extra room that you could rent to a student or a single person?
...and get an apartment, can't afford the house and monthly services anymore and I need extra money to pay the three schools, and all the bare needs.
And I was so used to pump my home theater and music here and using backyard for BBQ and stuff

Not really, because my father lives with me...
I have four rooms, one for me, one for my father, one for my 15 year old daugther and one for the other two small girls.
Besides, even if I rent, the money is not enough.

With all those people, how is an apartment going to simplify things?

It's a big house and if I sell it, I can either put the money to earn some percentage to pay the monthly bills. Can also buy another apartment and rent it.....
Are you talking about an apartment or a condo here? And couldn't the girls switch to public schools to save a bit of $$$?
